Meet Ethan Yoder ADHD Coach, PA-C, MPAS, CAQ-Psychiatry

With a passion for empowering individuals with ADHD, this dedicated coach brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. As a practicing psychiatric physician assistant, he combines clinical expertise with a personal touch, ensuring each client receives tailored guidance and support. He believes that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth, and his holistic approach helps clients develop practical strategies for managing their symptoms.

About

I know firsthand how challenging ADHD can be—because I’ve lived it. As someone who has navigated the ups and downs of ADHD myself, I understand the struggles of focus, organization, and executive functioning. But more importantly, I know that ADHD doesn’t have to define you—it can be managed, harnessed, and even turned into a strength.

My Journey

As a psychiatric physician assistant, I’ve spent my career working with children, adolescents, and adults who face the daily challenges of ADHD and mental health conditions. While medication can be a helpful tool, I’ve seen time and time again that it’s not always enough. Too many people still struggle with executive functioning, focus, and motivation, even with the best medical treatment available. That’s why I decided to take my passion for mental health even further—by becoming an ADHD coach.

Becoming an ADHD Coach

I’ve spent years learning how to turn my own ADHD challenges into triumphs. Now, I want to help others do the same.

My mission is to:

  • Help ADHD individuals develop practical, real-life strategies that go beyond medication
  • Provide personalized coaching for focus, organization, and time management
  • Advocate for those still struggling with executive dysfunction despite medical treatment

ADHD is not just about attention—it’s about learning how to work with your brain instead of against it. Whether you’re a student, professional, or entrepreneur, I’m here to help you build ADHD-friendly systems that work for YOU. Let’s Work Together!

If you’re tired of struggling with ADHD on your own, you don’t have to anymore. Let’s find a strategy that helps you thrive.

*Of note, while I am a certified Physician Assistant, my services through GetPsyched Coaching do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. Coaching is a non-clinical, educational service. It is not a replacement for mental health or medical care. Please consult a licensed professional for clinical needs.
