  1. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are non-clinical and do not constitute therapy, psychiatric care, or medical advice. Services focus on ADHD-related skill-building, executive functioning strategies, productivity tools, and personal development.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Coaching sessions are by appointment only. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or discontinuation of service.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once a coaching session has been delivered. For prepaid sessions:

A refund may be issued if cancellation occurs more than 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Digital Product Sales

Access to digital tools, courses, or subscriptions (e.g., Clarity ADHD Assistant or Mastering ADHD course) is non-transferable and may not be shared or redistributed.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe and Gumroad). GetPsyched Coaching does not directly store or access your financial data.

6. Use of Clarity App

Users of the Clarity ADHD Coaching Assistant may be required to create a profile within the app. Data entered is used solely to personalize coaching support and is not sold or shared.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, downloads, and coaching materials are protected intellectual property. Do not duplicate, resell, or modify without written permission.

8. Right to Refuse Service

GetPsyched Coaching reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a coaching relationship at any time, especially in cases of disrespectful behavior, policy violations, or ethical conflicts.
